Terms of Service

By accessing or using Paid In Full, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

If you use Paid In Full on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Paid In Full is a marketplace and training platform designed to connect businesses with sales talent and to provide related tools, messaging, and educational content. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, closed revenue, training performance, or business results.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Paid In Full is not a party to employment, contractor, commission, partnership, or revenue-sharing arrangements formed between users.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use the platform. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inaccurate, deceptive, insecure, abusive, or otherwise violate these Terms or platform policies.

Certain features may require a paid membership or active subscription tier. You are responsible for all applicable fees, taxes, renewals, and authorized charges associated with your account unless otherwise stated in writing.

If your subscription lapses, we may limit or revoke access to paid features, including premium marketplace or training functionality. Billing disputes must be raised promptly through the support channels we provide.

Users must provide truthful information about themselves, their businesses, their products, their experience, and their offers. You may not impersonate others, misrepresent earnings, fabricate results, manipulate application data, or post misleading opportunities or credentials.

You are solely responsible for vetting counterparties before entering into any off-platform relationship. Paid In Full does not guarantee the performance, legitimacy, solvency, or conduct of any user.

Commission structures, payment schedules, refunds, chargebacks, tax obligations, employment classification, and contract terms are the responsibility of the business and the rep unless a specific Paid In Full feature explicitly says otherwise.

Paid In Full is not responsible for unpaid commissions, failed business arrangements, disputes over deal ownership, client fulfillment, tax reporting, or legal compliance arising from off-platform working relationships.

Training materials, scripts, videos, roleplay features, and AI-generated feedback are provided for educational purposes. They are not legal, tax, employment, financial, or professional advice, and they do not guarantee any specific performance outcome.

Your access to training content is a limited, revocable license for internal personal or business use on the platform. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, record, scrape, or commercially exploit training content without our written permission.

You may not use the platform to violate law, infringe intellectual property, harass others, transmit malware, scrape data, reverse engineer restricted systems, test vulnerabilities without permission, or interfere with platform availability or security.

You may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or extract platform content except where we have expressly authorized it in writing.

Paid In Full and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform, software, design, branding, course materials, training flows, and related content. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant Paid In Full a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the platform in a way that harms Paid In Full or others.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately, but provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions related to payments owed, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute handling.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paid In Full disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, continuously available, or that any training, AI output, business match, applicant, or opportunity will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paid In Full will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunities, or business relationships arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paid In Full’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the platform will not exceed the amount you paid to Paid In Full in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms take effect means the revised Terms will apply going forward.
